I agree we should discuss and make positive suggestions for change, but please
go back and read your email. It was not nice and got my hackles up for sure.
But I have broad shoulders I can take it,,,,,,,,,if I know it's all for the
good of bettering the futurity system and making positive changes and not just
being mean.
My intentions are not to be mean, but I do not have authority to make changes
and refunds and everything that everyone has been asking for. The only way to
make the situation better is to come up with good ideas to get around these
problems.
I have said a few times what our committee will bring to the Board which i
think would be a very positive change. I would love to hear feedback on it:
Being able to enter two futurities and exhibit at only one of your choice. This
would help if there was a judges change, puppies with panno, stagey puppies
that might look better a month or two from now.

Amy NOBODY that I know of is "lynching" anyone. IF there is a discrepancy ,
if there is a potential issue with any of the club's shows, policies etc, we
have a right to discuss it.
This is not a slam against any individuals not you, not anyone in this
situation, so your defensiveness while completely understood, is not necessary.
This is a problem, somewhere with the P and P regarding handling of
futurities.
This is a problem that now needs to be addressed, particularly in these very
tough economic times when entries of any kind are pure gold to clubs and
exhibitors.
No one said you are doing a poor job, quite the contrary, I think everyone
knows you are doing a very good job, including me.
If we cannot discuss and show concern and we get instead "ohhhh we are all
trying" and "we are just volunteers" then NOTHING will get solved when it
comes up. Yes you and others volunteered. That is terrific, and comes with
it's own headaches to be sure... but defensiveness when people are trying to
get the the FACTS when there is a question is not helping.
