The Board Members were very much aware of the petition and letters of
objection. . Our membership Chair reported the petition with the 324
signatures to the Board as well as the letters of objection.

If my information is correct, the letters that were written to the board
objecting to Mr Huntes membership (and I was one of them so made a point to

out) were disclosed to Mr Hunte so he could have the opportunity to refute
them. Our own board members HAVE NOT had these letters and contents
disclosed to them
