[ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: Results of the Special Board Meeting

I have another procedural question. (Naturally) This WAS a meeting where
minutes were taken, right? Aren't those minutes available to the membership?
I think I read that they would be available at the next Board meeting...but
if somebody wanted to comment on those minutes,at that meeting, shouldn't
they be available before that?
