Steve: Definitely FUBAR!! After all of the passion that has been thrown into
this by the Listers,
there is no better description! I can't speak for anyone other than myself, I
truely believed, or was lead to believe by Lew, that this was going to be
settled TONIGHT!
If all of the objections in letters, petitions and posts were GOOD enough to be
given to Hunte to allow him to plead his case for membership at the last , THEN
they should be valid enough to re-present to the board at the April!!! Why
should members have to "file timely objections" again. Tonight does not reflect
well upon the entire board. A motion to call for a vote should have been made!
And, why can't another special (yeah "special", right) meeting be called before
the regular April meeting to get this thing over with!
Playing with members emotions is an abuse of trust!
I think Evan may want to recind his statement that "we should thank the board
for all of there hard".
And then again, we still thank the "Great Eight".
