The Board regretfully acknowledges procedural error in our hearing in the
Hunte matter and specifically regrets not asking those objecting to be heard
by the Board, therefore the matter will be heard at the next regular meeting
and those who timely filed objections are invited to attend and be heard by
the Board. This action is being taken to provide fairness to all involved.
