This is Kathy. Regional clubs have sets of bylaws which are presented to
the AKC when in fact, the club applies. Changes in bylaws, as they happen,
must be approved by the AKC. Memberships, types of memberships, how to apply
for, voting etc., etc., are all covered in a club's bylaws.
