However, the means available to candidates in a GSDCA election are very limited, and that is compounded by time also being limited. The bio being included in the ballot is a great idea because it could be fair to all if it were required and measures taken to insure that every candidate submitted one on time. You won't find GSDCA candidate information by reading the newspaper or watching TV. That works fine for governmental elections, but club elections require more, and that is the reason for the biographies.
