Dawnmarie, I am with you all the way! You can only research so much and then you have to go with your gut. If I get the smallest red flag........I back off period. The puppy buyers are going to do things my way.....or it is the highway. I NEVER let pups go home with them the first meeting.....even if we have talked for hours on the phone. I want them to go home and REALLY think about the commitment they are wanting to make......and I can paint a grim picture with all the maybe, might be situations. If they call me back and want to meet again, that is fine. If they don't call back, I would never call them.
