I haven't had the answer yet about HOW Paws would have prevented this?   Does 
anybody think there will be more or better inspections?   This was a STATE 
licensed facility, was it not?   Whether it was under different registries or 
not, didn't the STATE have the responsibility here?   How about the County in 
which the facility operated?   Because I have never, nor will I ever (I hope, 
if 
L.A. county doesn't someday want to come see if my bitch is intact or not...) 
have to have AKC, county, state or Federal inspections, I would really like 
to know how MORE regulations, instead of better enforcement, would have 
prevented this.    Wow, now THAT is one long sentence!
