again, with the economy as it is, many would-be vendors might be leery about
putting down a large vendor fee with shaky hope of recovering it if people are
not as willing to spend as they once were. what if the fee was set as a
percentage of sales, to be collected the last day. granted, vendors would have
to
total their receipts but it might be an incentive for more to attend if they
knew they wouldn't end up in the red for doing so. just a thought.
