I do think it would be a good idea to pick a good location in a
region, and let more than one club put on the futurity... Share in the
work, expenses, and profits. Have made this as an official suggestion
to Carol.....Sometimes the location of the club willing to have the
futurity is not the best for the attracting the most number of
exhibitors, plus that location may need to draw from a nearby area
that is close to another futurity. A " study" of what areas draw the
best, how many people drive "x" number of miles to futurities, how
many people go to more than one futurity, how many people fly to
futurities, could be done using past catalogs. This would at least
give us an idea of current trends and how to use them to our best
advantage. JMO...
