No heartworm in Alaska.. in all my years never heard of a case and we have
huge misquitos! I occassionally hear of fleas (usually someone has brought some
up from a trip) and I've heard of an occassional tick.. but I've never had
to use any prevention in AK.. THAT will change hear shortly when we move the
dogs down to MS (:<
