I just found out that vets in the Wrightwood area of Southern California are
finding multiple cases of heartworm in dogs. I'll be asking my neighbor
(vet
in Phelan, down the "hill" from Phelan) what he is seeing as the person said
that it was being seen there, too. Phelan is "almost" a high desert
community.
