I feel it should be a matter of personal ethics that people not vote in the
venues inwhich they have no knowledge of the qualifications of the people for
whom they are voting. I would not presume to vote for a rally or an agility
judge because Ido not know who best knows those performance events. I would
hope that a personwith no experience in conformation would have the courtesy to
recuse himselffrom voting for a conformation judge. I realize everyone has the
right to vote inevery venue; however, often it is a matter of sensibility ( or
simple honesty ).
