But, Jackie, is this any different than a presidential, primary, state or local
election? I usually know the names, but not the people. As for the most
important election in our nation, the only presidential candidate I've ever
known personally was John Edwards, a friend of my mom. (Ugh!) Yet, I will
still vote.
It's up to the voter to do the research.......Find out where the candidate
stands on certain issues..........The candidate's background, etc.
The candidates for the Board put out BIOS's. I'm sure any one of them would
have welcomed questions you may have had. Why don't you get to know candidates
that way instead of not voting.
