How in the heck did you come up with that?? Your second choice receives 2
points. it takes 2 points away from your first choice. The third choice gets 1
vote which take 1 point away from your first choice. Now if a group of fine
folks all wanting judge A get together they all vote just one time from Mr. A
they all give the total weight of their vote to judge A. The rest of the voting
public not in on the scam are busing voting against themselves.
They are trying this on the Warm Springs Rez to elect a new Chief after the
passing of Chief Wallulatm of 59 years. Even the First people know better than
to elect a Chief in that fashion.

The weighted ballot is the only fair way to pick the judges. One vote per
member is definitely not the way to pick. That is how we got the famous FL as
one of our judges.
