Being "stated" on the list does not make it official, nor even accurate..
why is that being taken as fact??????? Why did calling for a meeting to
discuss a violation of the by laws??? where is that in them???

I think it was stated on this list that him calling a special meeting was
to address having the election done over. Not to address what they could do
to
make this one work. Since this was against the bylaws some of the board
members voted it down and should have. It is time to start playing by the
rules
for a change.
