I do not think it was a mistake. The first message sent to the membership
said specifically the purpose of the meeting was to re do the election. Lews
words. I can understand board members voting no to the. There is no
provision in the bylaws Julie to re do the election.
Anything urgent the exec committee can deal with. There was a suggestion a
few days ago about the ballots, the exec comm met and approved. There was no
need to wait 10 days. There was a ballot situation in 2005 under Ginny
Altman and they acted and got it done. This cannot be pointed on board
members
who voted to no and to follow the bylaws.
The exec comm can still sort this out.
