I think the concerns facing our BOD are legitimate. I think we are dealing
with an individual who has the means to capitalize on the mistakes made in
the bylaws, our procedures and probably even some things I haven't thought
of,
and I am very defiantly nervous about it.
But do we really believe that he will go on an all out war with a breed
club? Isn't that going to damage him personally when applying to other clubs?
I find it hard to believe that he would go that far. He might...I just don't
see it. His PR strategy seems better than that.
It has been posted we have plenty of coverage, and it has been posted that a
NO result needs no other explanation than "sorry, not enough votes".
No, I don't want to see ANY of the members of the BOD sued for this, or
anything else for that matter.
Yes, we should all volunteer $$$ to help if it came to that. I am willing to
do that.
Evan already offered that there is really no legal risk, as have Margy and
Kris.
So lets get on with the issue, and lets take care of it.
