Syd, that was not my post. I sent a reply to it......and yes, he can sue if
he chooses to do so. Winning is another question but fighting it will be hard
and expensive. Also, he is not ashamed of the nature of his business. He has
been very open about it. In fact, he'd probably love the opportunity to brag
about his success and how much 'good' he's doing to everyone in the courtroom.
I
imagine he'd love the publicity. And he'd probably put on a good show.
