I think that is a question we need to get an answer from the board, mainly
Lew Bunch since he is the leader of the pack. If Dick is correct then I would
think that Lew will have to poll the board and publish the results. I did
not look it up but I am sure Dick did before posting so we shall see what
actions is taken by the board.
