Kind of running off track with your point on this one Cynthia, but still a
consideration...yes, getting beat after that high can be a sore point.
Back in the early 90's I had one of my best sable bitches from the Canadian
bred class in Canada go right on through and win BIS with over 3000 dogs
present. The next day she did not win her class....call that a huge OUCH.
So you do have to be prepared for less than the best outcomes whether it is
in support or not on the entry.
By the way FB, I still do like the Canadian way better on the points.
Keeps a happier family.
Congrats Diane on finishing your girl. It may seem no matter what you do
never seems to be the right thing....if she had gone in an taken points
again when not needed you would have been knocked for that.
Always be your dogs advocate because no one else will.
