An edition of 130 would seem to jibe with one of your Internet links:

*Rolleiflex 2.8GX Japan Edition
The Rolleiflex 2.8 GX Japan Edition Urushi is a very rare camera indeed.
They were made to celebrate the 130th anniversary of Nihon Siber Hegner.
There were only 65 made according to Wolfgang Sass when he signed the
Certificate of Authenticity in 1997, although the intention had been to
make 130 of these fantastic cameras.

Each camera is unique as the Japanese Urushi laquer is applied by hand,
giving an absolutely beautiful finish which has to be seen to be
appreciated (does not photograph well). The leathers are dark brown grain
and the metalwork is gold plated. There is a special plaque below the
transport lever showing the number and that it was made especially for the
Japanese market. The Camera is supplied with a carrying strap and its
original wooden, velvet lined box with an Urushi coloured plaque on the
lid. All the original documentation is included. The camera is listed on
page 581 of the 2002 McKeown's Guide under "Japan Edition".

This camera is brand new, and has never been used*

However, if only 65 were made the number for the one you are investigating
should be 65 or lower in that edition (you give "xxx" implying a three
digit number).
