It was a Free Press newspaper which was centered U.C. at Burk in the 1960's
and 70's. It was fed by news from several Bay Area Campus' and had quite a
large readership. Its secondary purpose was a coordinating effort for the
civil rights and antiwar movements. It effective in its time. Some
components remain with us in the 21st cent.
