Perhaps Carlos. But we both have our biases. You cling more to the past than
I. And 2007 is more than a year ago. Digital has issues due to the economy
but both Kodak and Fuji are seeing a continual decrease in film revenues.

Fuji in their latest revenue statements notes that digital is also down -2%,
but Year over Year Color films are down -33%, Photofinishing is down -30%,
and Labs and services are down -25%.

Its just the way things are. The bright spot for both is that there are many
more motion pictures being made these days that before and they are using
film. It does have a certain look that digital cannot compete with just yet.

My point was not to argue or anger you, just to respond to the comment that
I said film would disappear. I think I said that a few years ago, not 10 as
you indicated. And I still hold to it. It is only a matter of time. While I
too still use film, I find myself using it less and less. Just more
convenient to use digital. But using my Rollei is a great hobby and I enjoy
it. So hopefully film will not go away too quickly. I dread just putting it
on a shelf.
