There has also been some discussion of this on TRF. Of the many stupid things
on You Tube, this is far from the most dangerous.
I do not see any likelihood that we would allow any launching from glass
containers, even if they are tempered glass and filled with water.
In spite of the inconvenient lake currently in our lakebed, I really don't see
any advantage to launching from underwater.
Now, maybe if we only had a pontoon launch system and some hovercraft for
recovery...
