We will have a sign up white board set up so that people can sign up for
the various duties. It will be on the table where we keep the flight cards
near the LCO table. I hope that many of you out there will want to help
out the club and pull and hour or two of duty as RSO (checks rockets prior
to launch), Pad Manager (assigns people to their pads) or LCO (the guy who
gets to push the button and launch all our rockets). We don't want to
have to shut down the launch trying to get relief for someone who has been
up there for hours so please volunteer to help out. If you don't know what
to do, you can easily stand behind and watch how things are done. Only
takes a few minutes to get the hang of it and people will be glad to show
you what you need to know.

Only requirement is that the RSO be Level 2 or higher.

James and I hope to arrive at the lakebed late Wednesday/early Thursday
to
do some preliminary range setup (and preliminary flying!) Hoping/praying
for 4 days of FANTASTIC weather!

Question for BoD/Dierking: What are the GPS coords of the rangehead
you'd
like to use for the RocStock range setup? Also coords for the
porta-potties so we can tell the guy when he delivers? (these may be
different from monthly launches)

A friendly challenge from Mike Riss was 41 launches for RocStock 41. (We
did 35 at RocStock 35, but only 33 at RS37 and 20 at RS39, due to
weather). We have 51 flights (so far) booked, including 14 high power
and
the Punisher drag race.
What's everyone else bringing?

We also plan to do a 2-4 hour stint at LCO Friday and Saturday.

Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Chris and James Kobel
