Why not? I try to keep historical useage of words in mind, but I'm
willing to break compatibility with various standards and historical
implementations if I can do something better :-)
In this case though, renaming create to create: would be a major change
that isn't something I'd want to try explaining to newcomers. So it's
out. (Besides, I think that 'create' is a good name for what it does.)
