I don't recall a test that used Kodak Rapid Selenium Toner for fixing.
In the darkroom we used Kodak HT-2 Test for hypo retention. see
attachment.
In Photo Tech in Kodak Park there was also an automated test. The
methylene blue test gave a meausure of hypo retention per cm2.

This was also my experience. I have read that KRST will stain if a
print is underfixed.
