I have eaten lutefisk in Texas, USA, (in the little town of Clinton, near Norse) and in Alberta, Canada, where I live now. I have never been to Norway, but am proud of my Norwegian roots. Maybe I need to start a "project" (see other thread) to photograph "Lutefisk Around The World." Can someone please lend me a clothespin for my nose?
