I'd consider getting some cedar and building a platform. Cedar because
you
said the floor gets wet. Basically you'd be building an indoor deck. Cut
longer legs for the end near the drain so the whole platform ends up level.

The problem is can you afford to give up something like 6" of height?
The
platform will be that high at least. Make sure you over build the thing so it
handles the weight of the enlarger.

The other idea would be to lay something like ceramic tile with a new
bed
under it to create a level patch on the floor. It'll be stronger. You won't
lose much height. It'll deal with the wet even better then the cedar.
