Bangkok still has water due to mismanagement and (according to my wife) the
PM. Where the water is depends.
Wife's family's factory is underwater which is in an outlying area, but their
house is still unaffected. Maid answered the phone at the house this morning
so they haven't had to evacuate completely yet.
