Is there an IRC channel or something that reflects the intent of this 
list? Seems that would be a great tool to facilitate this kind of 
mentoring; what Sina says about this list is true but its lack of 
realtime communication can be a bit of a hinderance to someone who is 
really so new to programming that two questions come up for each one 
that is answered. Of course some experienced coders would need to be 
willing to commit to hang out in the channel for it to work, but 
everyone knows more than one person and less than another, right?
