There are various HTML reporting tools around which have presumably
addressed this problem. One site I've come across at:
http://www.logixml.com
offers various free and purchasable options. Maybe that kind of thing might
be of use.

Hi Will,
I agree that in theory it should be possible to identify page boundaries.
This would almost certainly need to be done using client script as it would
depend on the size of the text in the browser window itself. I was kind of
hoping someone may have already done this or point me in the direction of a
solution!! It will be very messy!! Not somewhere I'd choose to go myself!!
