I don't like either RealPlayer or QuickTime. They (and some other programs,
most notably FLV players and some DVD players) automatically take over the
Associations from other programs such as .WAV files, without asking
permission. You then have to undo their mess by changing the Associations
back, or by clicking on Open With...

I don't like programs that take control over the computer away from me, even
though it is correctable. I'd rather use an "inferior" product that is more
polite.

Clint's footer says "God Bless." Well, somehow, that's quite different from
what I have in mind after I install those invasive, control-freak programs.
