Glo.....Save your atteachmments to your desktop and right click on the icon and select 'Scan with AVG'. If it is declared free of virus, you can delete it from the desktop and go back to you mail folder and open the attachment in the normal way. FlagRash is an app to change 'read only' flags on files back to 'archive' or whatever. Google will show where to get it.
