Vizio is an excellent brand.  You may not have any luck finding 1080p in 
a TV that small, but it should not make a big difference.  If you can 
find a TV with either 120Hz or 240Hz refresh rate that will make a 
bigger difference, but again, good luck finding that in a small TV.   A 
Sharp Aquos would be a great TV.  Just don't know if it is available in 
32 inch models.

For best viewing your screen size should be about 1/3 to 1/2 the 
distance from your eyeball to the screen.... so for a 32 inch screen, 
the best viewing distance is 5-8 feet (64-96 inches).
