It sounds like you downloaded the pro version (which is free to try for
30 days) instead of the free version.

Hello all,
I'm still recovering from having to replace my HDD. I downloaded
the
latest version of zone alarm (free trial version) and since then I have
been
having trouble accessing the internet.
Every time I reboot, I get a screen telling me how many days I have
remaining. I never saw this with the older version I had.
Am I going to lose zone alarm protection at the end of the 30 day trial
period?
After ZA loads, I get a screen, "A new network detected.... do I want to
assign it to the trusted zone?"
What does this mean??
I shutdown ZA, and access to the internet is fine. Running WinME, and
DSL
modem.
MNL, care to send me the older version of ZA if I can't figure out this
problem?
