Yesterday morning, my wife could not access the Internet with either computer. No problems at all with my desktop. Later in the day, she was able to access the Internet with both computers. Weird. The Comcast black box is a broadband combination modem/router. Once the tech accessed the web site, there was a page/link that said something about port forwarding. With this information, can you determine if he was accessing the modem or the router?
