Im not familiar with Comcast, but often the access to a modem is 192.168.1.1
or 192.168.2.1 or something similar. A search on www.google.com may help
you more and even if you get to the web page of the modem, you will still need
a password, I would imagine.

  Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Setting Comcast modem

  Hello all,
I'm having trouble again with my wife's desktop and laptop accessing the
Internet. When the tech guy was here, he went to the modem settings via I.E. I
think he typed in the IP address (I don't recall if he added "www", or
"http"). Can anyone help me out in finding out how to access the Comcast modem
web page?
  Thanks,

  HB
