Toni, Since you are running XP, you will need to send an invite to me through email. To do this, go to Start > All Programs and click on Remote Assistance to open the wizard. It's pretty easy to follow but you'll need to enter my email address (gman.pctt@xxxxxxxxx) to complete the invite. When I receive it, I will open the invite, accept the offer and it will link me to your system. You will then receive a notice that the connection is being established and will have the choice to accept or reject it. Once you accept, a new window will open where we can chat as we go. I will then request control of your system so that I can open and inspect your registry. If more needs to be done while I'm connected, I will first ask for permission. Peace, Gman "The only dumb questions are the ones we fail to ask" ----- Original Message ----- From: "Toni Hawkins" <tonirh@xxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, July 14, 2008 9:49 PM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: BVRP Classic Phone Tools Fax Log Not There > Ok, so what exactly do you want me to do now to solve my issue.
