Toni,
Did you follow the installation instructions provided by the software?
It's a bit different than mosy software packages.

My guess is that the older saved files need to be in place prior to the
installation for them to be recognized. You may want to uninstall it and
then reinstall as per the directions at the site above to see if that's
enough to return their normal access to you. :O)
