I don't know if this will help someone to help me to resolve this issue, but
the location that I have my fax log in is:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BVRP Software\Classic
PhoneTools\document
That is the same location that my log was in before re-installing Windows XP on
my desk top. I have been on google most of the afternoon in hopes to find
anything regarding this issue and so far I haven't.

Yes I did. I don't know what happened, but I did reply. Below is what you
sent to me. The reply from me is that I absolutely followed the instructions
from the BVRP. I actually removed, and re-installed several times hoping that
it would magically work to be able to have my fax log.

Did you follow the installation instructions provided by the software?
It's a bit different than mosy software packages.

My guess is that the older saved files need to be in place prior to the
installation for them to be recognized. You may want to uninstall it and
then reinstall as per the directions at the site above to see if that's
enough to return their normal access to you.
