I know this probably won't do what you need/want, but for the benefit
of others: current versions of Windows come with built-in
speech-to-text. Commercial versions have better accuracy and features.

If I recall correctly, in the past there was a relatively long
discussion on which such program is best; those interested should
check the PC Helpers archives.
