Everything is off, no virus checker, no screen saver. I did manage to
scandisk and defragment, No bad sectors.
Running at 72%
I now want to format the HD. Never done it before.
If you never hear from me again, You'll know I had problems.

Shut down other stuff first, especially screen savers. They keep
interrupting the process causing it to restart.
