I should have been a little more specific, the lady has those AOL parental checks she says, so internet content isn't the problem, but it's access to MSN messenger etc that she wants stopping when she's not in. Even if there was a way of stopping one account on MSN, then the child just sets up a different account etc, so it really has to be disable the internet.
