One more thing... if Christa is providing food, PAS doesn't need to provide
food for this event, as part
of the gas reimbursement. I would say PAS only provides food if there is
none provided.
However, i haven't heard back from Christa yet, so let's make sure she is
still
offering the same deal as last year....
Then we will see what PAS can do for the rest of the group.

would be plenty for the amount of room available, the size of the crowds,
and how they route the crowd traffic. Also, if you open it up to the
entire club and PAS pays a meal and gas, it will cost PAS too much. Star
Tours should have first opportunity. Just my opinion.
I only signed up for one of the 3 nights so others can have an

with PAS for 2019 into 2020.
I have looked, and the three dates she has chosen
are currently open on the PAS calendar.
Now i want to be sure I have enough scopes to cover
the events before I book them.

event, meaning you do it
to enjoy the Dark Skies. No money is coming in from PAS or Tonto Nat
Monument to you.

attend as a presenter, to any of these events you wish to, especially if it
is requested by Christa.... and Sam, if you prefer to be a presenter

This event will be a celebration of our recent International Dark Sky Park
designation. We would like to invite PAS to offer telescope viewing, and
set up any information about the organization
Mike if you attend this event, I will consider doing it as well with the
PAS table of handouts.

2-3 scopes
Putting these events on the site. I have the Booking docs for all three
events.
Since i don't have time to put the calendar links up,
let's have *mini signups for these three dates in a reply email *so i
know we have enough scopes to cover all three events. Please take a moment
to reply if you wish to do one or all 3 of these events. The more scopes we
send out there on the January date, the better the promoting of PAS.
