The forecast for 8pm tonight, as of 12:15pm and 6:30am for comparison:

Intellicast: 19%, 7mph 30%, 5mph (Cloud cover and wind speed)
NOAA: 42%, 6mph 42%, 6mph
W Under 39%, 6mph 43%, 7mph
W Bug 42%, 5mph 42%, 5mph
Accu W 26%, 5mph 26%, 5mph
Looks like only Intellicast and Weather Underground changed, and both were
slight downgrades in terms of cloud cover. That may means the others haven't
redone their forecasts, but none of these looks good to me.
