I cooked sliced onions and bell peppers in steak pan after removing them to
slice...
Served with mixed greens, sliced avocado, a bit of sour cream, Picante sauce,
and a touch of Italian dressing on the greens

Pan fried sea bass, pineapple, red pepper, avocado salsa, coconut, chilli,
lemongrass rice, broccoli sprinkled with a bit of toasted sesame oil. Was
so yummy and so easy. Was supposed to be mango salsa but the Aldi ready to
eat mangoes were horrible, one brown and one so hard. Luckily had some
canned pineapple slices left from my baked gammon. Actually think the
pineapple might have been better than the mango.
