Nothing special with the spaghetti squashes this weekend.
I cut them up in half lengthwise (to get long st strands), put olive oil, salt
and pepper on each cut half, and placed cut side down on a sheet pan topped
with a silicone mat.
I roasted in 400F oven 50-60 min till tender.
I let cool enough to handle in a hand towel, and scraped out the threads with a
fork.
I made some meatsauce to eat it with.
I melted some mozzarella over one bowl I ate.
Simple and good...
